Returns policy

Standard goods: 14 days

For consumer purchases of goods not made to your specifications or personalised for you, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you or your designated person, not the carrier, receives them. No reason is required. A coastal town from our fixed list is not personalisation.

Personalised goods

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised with your own name/text, photograph, logo or design fall under the statutory exception in article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. We disclose this before ordering. The statutory guarantee still applies to defective, damaged or wrong goods.

How to withdraw

Use the online withdrawal function, model form, or an unambiguous email to northsea.creations@outlook.com or letter to North Sea Works & Services, Doktersweg 12 bus G001, 8660 De Panne, Belgium. Include your name, order number and product. The form is optional. The online function provides a downloadable timestamp/reference receipt; we also handle and reply personally by email. Return the well-packed goods within 14 days after notification.

Costs and refund

Direct ordinary return costs are yours. We refund the amount including original delivery costs up to the cheapest standard delivery rate, within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may wait until receipt of the goods or earlier evidence of dispatch. We use the same payment method, via Mollie, without charges to you. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damage and guarantee

The two-year statutory conformity guarantee for defects existing at delivery applies to all goods, including personalised goods. Notify us as soon as possible and within two months after discovering a defect, preferably with a photo. We arrange repair/replacement or, where not possible, a price reduction/refund under the law. For non-conforming goods, we provide a return label or reimburse return costs.

Business purchases

The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to professional business purchases. Contact us regarding any problem with a business order.
