No login or reason is required. Standard consumer goods have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt. A town from our fixed list is not personalisation; genuinely customised goods may be excluded. Rights for wrong, damaged or non-conforming goods remain.

After receipt, download the dated reference for your records. We handle requests personally by email. In case of a technical error, no receipt is confirmed. You may also withdraw by email or letter using the model form. Data is used only to handle and record your request.
